SCM Cut C 100

Description

The SCM Cut C 100 is a flexible, on-demand box-making system equipped with longitudinal cutting and creasing units plus a transverse unit to produce a wide range of custom box formats. Operators can select boxes via the interface, barcode, or the Scanbox system, which captures product dimensions in real time—an enhancement beyond the Cut C 50’s programming options. The C 100 also offers greater feeding versatility with single-sheet input, side-by-side fanfolds, or an optional automatic selector for up to eight fanfolds, allowing the machine to choose the most efficient material. It includes seven cutting and creasing groups as standard, with an optional 12-group configuration that enables the production of two boxes side by side. By creating packaging that matches product size exactly, the Cut C 100 reduces filler material, increases production flexibility, and eliminates the need to store numerous box formats, making it a stronger, more scalable solution compared to the Cut C 50.
