The SCM Formula Unilev 150 is a flexible and robust edge and profile sanding solution, equipped with a two-speed belt feed (12 and 24 m/sec) and a dedicated motorized oscillation system for smooth, consistent sanding performance. Its mobile front extension provides stable support for large panels, while the tiltable worktable and quickly removable supplementary table—with rubber rollers and integrated dust extraction—make it ideal for precise sanding of shaped workpieces. Additional adjustments on the rear worktable, including an angled stop and height-adjustable belt, ensure safe, accurate processing of tilted or uniquely shaped components, allowing the Unilev 150 to adapt easily to a wide range of sanding requirements.
