SCM Sergiani Las

Description

The SCM Sergiani LAS is a high-productivity automatic continuous-cycle press, designed for the production of hollow-core and coated doors (veneer, HPL, CPL) as well as 2-3 layer pre-finished parquet. It sequentially loads one door at a time while maintaining constant pressure in separate compartments, achieving output of over 1,200 doors per shift. Its continuous cycle and rapid-glue capability (water-based or PUR) minimize loading and unloading downtime, while individual press compartments for each door ensure superior surface and gluing quality compared to single-compartment presses. The compact design reduces floor space requirements, and electronic press movement with hydraulic circuit control, along with protective devices against incorrect loading, ensures high reliability and reduced maintenance over time.
